On April 12 and 13, the city of Lugo will host ATLANTIC BRAINSTORMING, the first open and global meeting of the Atlantic Youth Creative Hubs project, co-financed by the ERDF (Interreg Atlantic Area). This event will attract young people and experts from four countries (Spain, France, Portugal and the United Kingdom) to address different initiatives in the field of entrepreneurship and creativity. The occasion will take the form of “Creative Jam”.
A Creative Jam is an explosion of ideas, hence it has been called “Atlantic Brainstorming”. Contrary to traditional workshops, where everything is measured, the Atlantic Brainstorming is a vehicle and a space for free exchange and creation where young people from various Atlantic countries will share and co-produce their own projects for the future. The creative sector will thus move from being a job niche to a source of social and cultural wealth at the international level.
Various topics will serve as a channel for the explosion of ideas: the relationship between skills and job creation, entrepreneurship and its differences by countries, design and prototyping, YouTube strategies, the Atlantic culture, among others.
Members of the network of Atlantic cities should contact this General Secretariat if they wish to send a delegation.
