Spring is full of activity at CAAC. After being presented in Cardiff, Know Cities’ good practices will be showcased in Brest the 29th of April and in Vannes the following day.

So as to celebrate Europe’s Day, on the 7th of May we will be holding our Executive Bureau in Avilés (please find here the AGENDA and the REGISTRATIONS).  This important meeting will be followed by the good practices’ workshops of the Know Cities project in Avilés the 8th and in Gijon the 9th.

The following week will be the turn of Portugal. The Atlantic Regions’ network, the Atlantic Arc Commission, is holding its General Assembly the 16 and 17th of May in Porto. Following this event, the Atlantic Cities will gather in Guimaraes on the 17th and the 18th for a workshop on Sport and Atlantic Cities: A young strategy for urban cohesion, under the TONETA project.

The last week of May Donostia-San Sebastian will gather the Atlantic intelligentsia to discuss about Smart Cities and present the results of the Know Cities Projects.

Besides, on 29 and 30 may, Lisbon will host world several renowned experts in the Warm Up to the Festival In, where both a conference on Intellectual Property online and another on Creative Economy will take place.

Please bear in mind that the Atlantic Day, CAAC General Assembly, will take place on 3rd and 4th July in Saint Nazaire, completed by a meeting on Marine Industries the 5th in Nantes.

More surprises are on their way. Stay tunned!
