Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is part of the ranking of the best Spanish tourist destinations, according to the tourism competitiveness monitor UrbanTUR in 2016. This study analyzes 62 indicators in the 22 most important Spanish urban destinations. The capital of Gran Canaria is number 11 in the ranking.
