Atlantic Youth Creative Hubs – call for applications

To all the young artists of the cities of the Atlantic Arc

This coming Tuesday 13th we will present in Rennes the activities of the Atlantic Arc Cities Conference within an INTERREG Atlantic Area project called “Atlantic Youth Creative Hubs”

That day we will open the applications for 6 young artists (between 18 and 28 years old) who will be able to participate in the first “Creative Jam”, a cultural meeting called Atlantic Brainstorming to be held in Lugo (Spain) the next 12th and 13th of April .

The selection will proceed as follows:

For CAAC member cities located more than 300 km from Lugo, 2 young artists will receive travel assistance plus hostel accommodation

For CAAC member towns located less than 300 km from Lugo, 4 young artists will be accommodated in the hostel

If the young person finds a solution for transport, we can consider the option of accommodation

Cities that are also project partners (Gijón, Brest) are not included because they have their own budget in the project

The nominations will have to present an idea of ​​artistic project and to reach us before Friday March 23 at noon. They must also indicate the level of English of the candidate. The maximum extension is one sheet, any overtaking will be eliminatory.

The final selection will be made according to the following criteria:

– Age of the young artist (maximum 10 points)

– Equality between men and women

– Viability of the proposal as a career project (maximum 10 points)

– English level (maximum 5 points)
