7 Atlantic tools for remote working

Atlantic Cities Secretariat is on function and eager to receive your news and ideas. All staff is working remotely since March 4th.

In this sense, please allow us to share some ideas on remote working and confinement time.

Here, at Atlantic cities we are using Freedcamp. It combines a chat facility, with a calendar, task management and unlimited document storage. It has a mobile application (even if some devices open the browser). And, last but not least, it is completely free with unlimited users.

We are also keeping up to date with each other through WhatsApp and Slack. We can open a Slack channel for our members if you feel it is useful.

We organise our Social Media presence through Buffer (it has a limited free version that may prove worth a try !) Other suggestions are Zoom or Jitsi for video conference (and of course our old Skype).

Last but not least, we will be sharing in our LinkedIn page all initiatives that would contribute to our common work.
