INTERACT seminar to exchange experiences from the past period and approaches to the procedures needed in the new period in the first phase of programme implementation.
After submitting the Cooperation Programmes in September, Interreg programmes have begun implementation. The requirements of the new period 2014-2020 bring a lot of challenges for the programmes, especially in this first phase. Taking place in Madrid on April 15th, this seminar provides a platform for the programmes to exchange experiences from the past period and approaches to the procedures needed in the new period. These procedures include establishing a link between the programme and project intervention logic, launching calls, and drafting application forms.
Besides focusing on programme procedures, the objective of the seminar is to support the programmes in their communication with the projects by touching upon the following issues:
- How to create an application form that properly gathers information to ensure the quality of projects
- How to attract new beneficiaries (‘selling’ your programme)
- How to build up partnerships and which tools to use
- How to come up with new project ideas (in the context of macro-regional strategies, projects which need joint funding from different funding sources, etc.)
