Custom and opinion barriers should be removed. M. García explained how the electric vehicle system is implemented in Vigo city, with 100 charging points and a important fleet of vehicles that allow real car-sharing; progressing from the “stop-auto” to a real “mobile-auto”.
Enrique Roca, from the USC and Emérito Freire, INEGA, presented practical multi-criteria and multi-stage tools for enterprises to measure and, reduce carbon impact and even give value-added concerning eco-design. Biomass should be counted on as renewable source of energy.
Other sessions focused on the reliable resources to be implemented concerning ecological tagging (APROEMA) and observatories (BIC Galicia), as well as the installations of wind energy and the limits of the current economic system.
The session was closed by Ms. Rosa Leis (ADTERRA) and Tamara Guirao (CAAC) that introduced the context of the Atlantic Arc Cities so as to present the short delivery chain managed by local authorities and the experiences of ANATOLE project as an appropiate scheme to ensure a more respectful market system concerning food.
