On September 19, 2019, an online seminar on intellectual property rights will be held. It will be presented by Michele Dubbini, an expert advisor on innovation and lawyer specialized in intellectual property law working for the IPR Helpdesk of the European Commission.
The intellectual property rights of young people participating in the AYCH program must be promoted and protected, therefore, this online seminar will explain how innovative ideas, initiatives and creations can be protected within the framework of European regulations in vigor. A clear answer to the following key questions will be offered during the online seminar:
→ How are intellectual property rights protected in the framework of an EU-funded project?
→ What aspects of Intellectual Property should be taken into consideration in collaborative research projects?
→ At what stages of the project, is the intellectual property key?
→ What rules exist within the European Interreg program for the Atlantic Area and what are the requirements to be met?
The online seminar will last one hour and will also have an additional 15 minutes to discuss the existing doubts among the attendees.
