The Atlantic Cities are committed to support young people

Youth employment is one of the priorities of the Atlantic Cities network. Through different projects and initiatives we work on employability and youth mobility, among which are the following initiatives:

– The European project (Atlantic Youth Creative Hubs) whose objective is to open opportunities for young people in the creative sector

– The Erasmus program for Young Entrepreneurs, where we are sending / receiving young people in France

– The She4Sea campaign aims to make professional opportunities and studies related to the sea more attractive for women

– Our new program, approved in the General Assembly, called “Atlantic Futures”, which has the following components:

* internship opportunities with us (paid or not) for students

* training opportunities for officials of our member cities

* creation of networks between existing mobility programs in the Atlantic Arc, the member cities of our network (which can send or receive apprentices), young people and international mobility actors
