Supported by our Secretariat, the ECORIS3 project continues its progress towards creating action plans to boost local innovation ecosystems. In this sense, it is worth highlighting the works of Fomento de San Sebastián, which will work with the city of Donostia-San Sebastián and the Technological Institute of Cork, which will work with the city, both members of Atlantic Cities. The project also includes another Atlantic city, CIM do Ave.
For its part, also with the support of the association, the AYCH project promotes innovation and creativity in two member cities, Gijón and Brest Métropole, which have created separate Hubs to facilitate training and entrepreneurial expression of young people.
Likewise, the results of the last call for Innovative Urban Actions have recognized the excellence of Atlantic cities: Lisbon with its VOXPOP project for the digital transformation of urban mobility, Rennes with the RUDI initiative to make better use of data and our partner city in AYCH, twinned with Brest Métropole, Plymouth with Green Minds.
