The ECORIS3 project is focused on innovation and directed by Fomento San Sebastian. The Conference of the Atlantic Arc Cities ensures political and technical oversights of this project. The launching project meeting took place on 23th and 24th May in the San Sebastian Talent House.
During the first day, coordinators have been presented as well as the cooperation and grant agreement. In each region, steering committees and local actions intervenor groups have been created. The communication and outreach guidelines have been addressed and approved.
The second day of the meeting has been dedicated to the SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). This report will be achieved by all partners and the results in each of their regions will be compiled through a comparative analysis of Regional Innovation Systems. Planification, management, budgeting and report limit dates questions have also been addressed.
Finally, the partners planned the next project meeting on 28th and 29th June 2017, in Vila Nova de Famalicao, Portugal. This meeting will be an experience exchange about innovation.
