Governance
Atlantic Cities is a non-profit organisation under French law, the functioning of which is governed by the statutes drawn up by its members. It is led by a chairman or chairwoman and a number of deputy chairmen or deputy chairwomen, and is governed by two executive bodies: the General Assembly and the Executive Committee.
The General Assembly brings together all the associated members, defines orientations, and makes decisions on the courses of action to be taken. It elects the chairman or chairwoman of the association for a three-year term.
The association has a technical secretariat tasked with the functioning of the association and application of the decisions taken by the executive bodies.
