Extraordinary General Assembly Atlantic Cities

We call the Mayors and representatives of the Cities of the Atlantic Arc to the Extraordinary General Assembly that will take place electronically on November 9 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Madrid time (from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Portuguese / Irish time).

The development of the meeting will be held in the 4 languages of the Atlantic Area. To fulfill this purpose, prior registration will be an essential requirement (deadline 10/23/2020). We kindly ask you to save the date in your agendas. We also remind you that it is necessary to be up to date in the payment of your fees in order to vote and be eligible.

The General Secretariat will send you the following calendar of the preparatory work for the General Assembly and is at your disposal for the organization of the same.
