Smart specialization (RIS3) for sustainable urban development

On April 29th, Atlantic Cities was in Brussels to present the INTEREG EUROPE EcoRIS3 project during a meeting with Loic Charpentier, representative of WssTP, European platform that develop innovative projects related to the water sector at the territorial level.

This meeting was an opportunity to present and share the values and objectives of the ecoRIS3 project in order to strengthen the link between innovation and research in the water sector and also the management of water resources for small and medium-sized enterprises in the future.

Others topics were also discussed during the meeting, such as the role of Atlantic Cities within the ecoRIS3 project and the quadruple helix approach that the project puts forward to involve more actors and stakeholders in the research and innovation process
